After four sold out shows in Radio City Music Hall, this summer Lady Gaga is returning to New York City July 6, 7 & 9. The tickets for the show range from $54.00 to $179.00 and only single seats are still available.
Gaga's reputation as an outrageous figure is sure to pervade, as her performance promises to be a theatrical spectacle. With her eccentric dress and provocative statements, Lady Gaga is quite a controversial woman. One thing is for sure though, she is in it to win it. Her desire to succeed as an artist pushes her to maintain her persona.
She told Rolling Stone magazine, "If I were to ever, God forbid, get hurt onstage and my fans were screaming outside of the hospital, waiting for me to come out, I'd come out as Gaga."
Her dedication to her music doesn't end there. She also explained, "I don't drink water onstage in front of anybody, because I want them to focus on the fantasy of the music."
Her commitment to her career, and even more importantly, her Little Monsters, is admirable. Say what you want about Gaga, but her desire to break the mold and be herself makes her a good role model.
