Celebrity designer, Victoria Beckham, not only manages to design her fashion label while raising her three sons--she does it while running in heels.

The star was recently spotted kicking around a soccer ball with her youngest son, Cruz, in Los Angeles wearing 5-inch Christian Louboutin heels.

The mommy-to-be is pregnant with her fourth child and manages to look chic and comfortable in an all black ensemble. Wearing leggings, a tank, and a sheer sweater duster, Beckham camouflaged her baby bump while looking stunning.
